This Surry Hills unit is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom but I have one room available. You will be sharing the place with me and my small Maltese dog :)

It has a glorious outdoor terrace with big city views where you can get the afternoon sun. The sun even streams into the living room.

You have access to the kitchen with oven & microwave, gas top stove, toaster and kettle. You can use the internal laundry - washing machine and dryer. There is a parking space but it is tandem meaning you will be parked behind or in front of my car.

The convenience of the location means you are within walking distance to Surry Hills and the city. There is even a cafe, pubs nearby and a Japanese restaurant downstairs. Everything else is within walking distance with plenty of convenient public transport options. The NEW Light Rail is a 2 min walk from Surry Hills Station.

You can find by walking:
- 15 minute walk to Chinatown, Thaitown
- 20 minute walk to Pitt St Mall & Westfield Sydney (Sydney's shopping district)
- It is a 10 minute walk to and from Central Station.
