Stylish, light-filled and tastefully furnished top floor 3 bedroom apartment in Surry Hills.
THE APARTMENT… The Monument located on Pelican St Surry Hills on the 15th and 16th floor (top level). The apartment has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It is massive by Surry Hills standards!!! With an internal laundry room and 2 balconies, one off your room. There are car parks available in the building however you will arrange renting this yourself directly with the advertiser as there is always several advertised on the communal notice board and they are generally about $50 - $60 a week. (I can arrange this for you)
The apartment overlooks Oxford Street and has views of Sydney Harbour and the Opera House. The apartment is mostly glass so has a very outdoors indoors type feel with amazing views from every room.
THE BUILDING…
We have an onsite concierge until 8pm Monday – Thursday and Sunday and until 2am Friday and Saturday in case you lock yourself out or need a parcel delivered and etc.
There is a gym and heated pool in the complex and we are above a Fitness First, massage clinic, nail salon, food, hair salon, dentist, Aldi Grocery Store and a liquor store and have loads of cafes and shop within minutes of the complex.

Bills and expenses
The rent is includes a furnished room, fully furnished apartment (there isn’t room for any additional furniture however if you have a bed we can make it work) fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer.
Utilities bills (gas, internet, electricity) are split monthly
We will split the electricity and gas bills, internet.
We have a weekly cleaner which is divided and so the weekly charge is $590 to cover this ($120 per week which includes your bedroom, fresh sheets and etc)
I require 2 weeks security deposit and a 2 week notice period if you choose to leave.
