Hi Everyone,

Looking for a new flatmate to share this beautiful home with. Convenience plus, being close to the city, hyde park, surry hills cafes, supermarkets and gyms.

The apartment comes with views to the city, Hyde Park and Rushcutters Bay). The building facilities include concierge, gym and pool.

The apartment and room are filled with lots of sunlight. It is west facing with afternoon sun and has floor to ceiling glass windows. The bedroom is a good size with built-ins and air-conditioning. Im a foodie so enjoy cooking for friends and making breakfast on weekends.
