We are TEMPORARILY RENTING OUT a stunning room with the best sunrise views in a great building of the city! Please find all the details below 👇:

✔️LOCATION: room at ‘ The Connaught building’ located in the corner of Liverpool st and Wentworth Ave st. 📍🗺️ Perfect point just in front of the Hyde park with many bus stops nearby, Museum train station on the corner and the Light rail a few blocks away.
✔️ROOM DETAILS : We are renting our en-suite room w/ private bathroom and balcony shared with our flatmate. The room is really spacious with furniture and wardrobe included.
✔️PRICE: The price for the room is $450 for a single person ( ONLY GIRLS) or $600 for a couple. Bills are included. 1 week BOND MUST BE PAID in advanced and it will be returned after the room and apartment is checked on our way back! Please keep in mind that you will have to pay your 4 weeks rent NOT use your bond as payment of weekly rent! Bond will be returned after all the apartment is checked!☺️

⭐️ 🏠We have our home rules to try to keep our space cozy and peaceful:
1) Respect times. It is definitely NOT A PARTY HOUSE! 🚫
2)You are gonna be leaving with a wonderful Italian girl so be nice and kind meantime you’re enjoying time at home! 😉
3)We try to keep our apartment and rooms/ Baths cleaned and shiny so your collaboration will be appreciated!🧹🥰
4)The building has facilities as rooftop with swimming pool, Jacuzzi, Gym and Sauna. 🏊🤩. You can access to them as many time as you want but please always respect the building rules otherwise your bond also will be retained.
