This is a large 2 bedroom apartment with the best balcony and uninterrupted views of Tammara beach. The finish is luxury and modern throughout. All fixtures and fittings are new and I have decked the place out in high end furniture, with all the mod cons & accessories that are needed.

The kitchen is large and will appeal to anyone that is a foodie or enjoys some space when they are cooking.

The main living area is adjacent to the kitchen, spacious with polished cement finish throughout. The couch is very comfy.

The balcony is pretty special. It's a large area that gets sun from the sunrise to sunset. I have a BBQ, outside furniture, day bed, ice bath & sauna. It’s perfect for chilling out, having a quiet dinner, enjoying a drink, reading a book or having some friends over.

The location is perfect for Bondi, we are tucked away from Bondi Road so the road is quiet. Tamma beach is a 2 min walk, Bondi beach is a 5 min walk. Shops, restaurants and bars are less than a 5 min walk. The apartment is secure and the neighbours are quiet.
