We are looking to share the house with low maintenance working people only who can respect others and who are quiet and friendly and clean tidy.
We will do our best to ensure your stay with us is a pleasant one and hope that you will show us the same courtesy.

Bedroom can be offered furnished or unfurnished with a bed with an inner spring mattress, desk, chair and wardrobe.

The house is in a quiet street and face big park but is only a few minutes' walk to bus station. 5 minutes' drive to the Rouse Hill Shopping Centre.
and 5 mins drive Schoefield and Rouse Hill and Kellyville Train Station

Washing machine fridge, Kettle, toaster, microwave, pots pans crockery, and cutlery is available for you to use. Internal laundry with washing machine.

Reasonable use of water/electricity/internet/gas included in the rental price.
