Originally from NZ, I’ve lived and flat shared in three countries. I’m currently looking for two flatmates.
I work full-time as a public servant. My work schedule is Monday to Friday, 8-4 working hybrid, so some days from my home office and some days in the office.
Outside of work, I volunteer as a botanical tour guide (I have a degree in botany), catching up with friends, bushwalking, visiting art galleries and museums (I have a background in archaeology and museum curation) or checking out the Sydney music scene.
I lead a full and busy life, so home is a place where I can relax and recharge. At home you’ll find me pottering around in the garden, in the pool, painting or sewing in my office] n, space or spending time my fur bebe Gigi.
If you’re someone who values a balance in life - a calm environment with a good balance of social time and personal space, we might just be the perfect fit!
Working Professional: Ideally, you’re a professional with a stable income, reliable when it comes to paying rent and bills on time.
Respectful of the Space: Keeping shared areas clean and tidy is important, as is treating the home with care. This is a place for both of us to feel comfortable and relaxed.
Non-Smoker: This is a smoke-free property, both indoors and outdoors, so I’m looking for someone who doesn’t smoke.
Willing to Meet the Landlord: As this is the landlord’s family home, they’d like to meet you during the vetting process, so someone open to this is essential.
Seeking a long term home: If you’re looking for a stable, long-term place to call home, this is perfect. Once I have flatmates, I'm looking to renew the lease for 12 months.
If this sounds like you, I’d love to have a chat and see if this home feels like the right fit for you!
