**Room for rent in Vaucluse**
Hi everyone!! I am leaving Sydney for a month and am looking to sublet my room from May 6th - June 3rd while I am away! The room is in a beautiful two bedroom flat in Vaucluse right next to Grumpy Baker, Macquarie lighthouse, and the Vaucluse shops! The flat is within walking distance to Parsley Bay and other harbour side beaches, and has a beautiful view! Bus stops 324, 380, 386 & 387 are right around the corner. The room is furnished and on the first floor! You will be sharing the flat with Katie who is a 24 year old Pharmacist from England! The room comes furnished with plenty of closet space, fully stocked kitchen, shared bathroom, washing machine and parking spot! Rent is $375 pw (including utilities) or $1,500 for the month (could be negotiated). Message me if you are interested!
