Description of the home

We have a lovely townhouse in Wahroonga with comfortable living area, courtyard & a shared private balcony off the bedroom we are renting.
We are close to transport (10 minute walk to either Wahroonga or Waitara stations) & shops.
Westfield, Hornsby is a 10 minute drive away.
There is an indoor heated pool, spa & sauna within the complex & off street parking is also available.
We smoke outside & prefer to have a person who also smokes outside, so non-smokers Please Do Not Apply unless you’re prepared to accept it’s not a completely smoke free environment. Unfortunately, there are some people, on here, who are not honest so I hope you understand that we are 2 females & we need to be very careful of whom we share our home with to so I will ask for a screenshot of your driver’s licence or passport before giving you our address. Also, preference is given to people who are employed.😊

The rent we are charging is $280 weekly for a single person & $400 for a couple which includes Electricity, Internet & Wi-Fi.
