nearby local bus station and few minute drive to local supermarket. It is located in a townhouse complex so space in front of the garage is mine for at least 4 days due to early work, garage is left empty as the family dog space and storage.

About the occupants
So currently only occupant is myself, it is my grandmothers house and she is in hospital so i am taking care of it, pretty quiet guy. Don't go out too much just local clubs , shops and gym etc. I do shift work, so 4 to 5 days i work 5am to 5pm, usually up around 3:50 am. On my free days not up that early and don't mind just relaxing, going gym, binging shows and doing spanish lessons online

Cleanliness and respect are first and foremost, i am pretty easy going for the most part, but as long as we can split cleaning and shopping etc all will be fine. Definitely no parties etc here, house isn't suited to it, and more then welcome to help with the dog Karma. I handle all expenses relating to her anyway but if you give her time of day thats all i ask :)
Description of pets
Karma is a mixed breed staffy, very chilled out older lady. Can be alone for long periods but would say minumum 6 to 8 hours, so part of reason i am looking for roomate is to have someone that is there for karma a bit longer then me when i am at work
