I am looking for someone for a long-term stay from 22/1/25 to at least 6 months plus
A modern two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment in Waterloo with good natural light and fresh air. This large bedroom has a fully mirrored in-built wardrobe, a queen-size bed, bedside tables, and a study table.

Features: fully equipped and furnished apartment with a 55” TV, Google Chrome Apple TV, WiFi, modern appliances, tastefully decorated, big balcony overlooking the swimming pool and the gym (free access for building residents). The apartment has a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, and newly fully carpeted rooms. Fantastic cafes and restaurants and free street parking surround the building.

This apartment building is opposite the Waterloo Oval, only a 6-minute walk to the Green Square Station (not a private station anymore) and hardly a 3-minute walk to the Elizabeth St, Botany Road, and Bourke Street bus stops. Only 8 minute's walk to Dank Street, Aldi, Coles, IGA, Mcdonalds, Anytime Fitness, Virgin Active, Snapfitness, Crossfit, Waterloo Library, Zetland East Village shopping centre, and a 15-minute walk to Redfern Station, and Surry Hills. Only 3-4 Km from St Vincent's Hospital in Darlinghurst, RPA in Camperdown (Newtown), and Prince of Wales in Randwick.
