One of our flatmates is moving out, and we are looking for an amazing person to move in with us. The room is available from 26 October. We have a lovely 3-bedroom apartment in Waterloo with an open living/dining room, a big kitchen (dishwasher included), 2 bathrooms (you will be sharing the toilet with Ranz), laundry and dryer, and a balcony. The building also comes with a resident's lounge (to chill or host events) and a rooftop terrace with BBQ. We have cafes, restaurants, grocery shops and public transport close by, and Centennial Park is just a short walk away 🤗
You would be living with Ranz and Zain! We are both in our early 30’s, working in the city, alternating between working from home and working from the office. We have a calm but social household that is clean, tidy and respectful (we have a weekly cleaning roster). We enjoy our alone time as much as hanging out together, having a chat or some drinks in the evening here and there.
We live in a modern apartment building in Waterloo with beautiful high ceilings and amazing living spaces. The room is furnished, has private balcony access, aircon, and a built-in wardrobe. There is space to set up a proper desk (which can be provided) for your home office, which will be set up next to us in the living room or your bedroom if a small desk is enough.

- 10-minute walk from Green Square Station
- 5-minute walk to different Coles and Aldi
- Park nearby
- No pets allowed
The room costs $440 per week (excludes bills). Bills are paid monthly and round up to $30-40 per week. This includes internet, electricity, gas, and water.
