Description of the home

The apartment is on level 21 of Meriton apartments and has stellar city and sunset views - you can even catch glimpses of the Sydney Tower, the beach, and also see planes taking off and landing.

I’m a bit of a sucker for good design and technology that makes life easier, so the house is well furnished (we get compliments all the time:)). It has all the amenities that you’d need, for example, a 75inch TV for movie nights, an Xbox for games night, a robot vacuum so you don't have to lift a finger and the essentials like a washer, dryer, dishwasher, etc.

If you fancy, there’s a swimming pool, sauna and a gym in the building (which are free to use).

In case you’re always running late to everything, you’d be glad to know it’s approximately 8 mins to the airport, 12 mins to Wynwyad and 18 mins to Bondi beach! If public transport is more your vibe, Green Square station is a 12 min walk. The shopping centre, with a massive Coles, is 2 mins away.

You’d have your separate bathroom - so say goodbye to the morning rush.

There aren’t any immediate neighbours on either end of the apartment so you don’t need to worry about tip-toeing around the house.
