Top level bedroom available whilst I’m away on Holiday’s to Japan over NYE. I am away 27 December to 19 January. Need to sublet my bedroom for this time at $400 per week. The room features a balcony with lounge, fridge / coffee machine inside bedroom. Private ensuite with shower. The blinds go down over balcony door and I have a projector so you can enjoy television on the big screen. The main shared areas outside of this include a living room, dining, kitchen and backyard.
