Description of the home
We have a lovely room available in our furnished 3-bedroom apartment in Waverton, with some spectacular harbour and city views! The apartment is light, bright, and spacious with wooden floorboards throughout.
The available bedroom comes unfurnished with a mirrored built-in wardrobe and space for a queen bed. You will be sharing the main bathroom, which has double sinks (one each!) and both a bath and shower. There’s also internal laundry facilities and a lock up garage. Bills are in addition to the rent, and we have NBN up and running as well as the obligatory 50 million streaming services.
The location is super convenient, with the train station about a 2min walk away as well as a supermarket, cafés and restaurants close by. We’re also a short stroll to the picturesque but poorly named Balls Head Reserve and Coal Loader, which hosts some superb sunsets! North Sydney and Crows Nest are also both within walking distance.

Will is a bit of a nerd, a passionate foodie/cook and a cheery social butterfly. He works full time in the office during the week and is in and out on the weekend. Sarah is also a bit of a nerd, dabbles in some art and craft, plays music, and does her best to keep all the plants in the apartment alive! She works part time in the office and part time from home. We like to keep the apartment feeling neat and tidy, calm and stress-free. We’re respectful of each other’s space, but also enjoy chatting, and having a drink or a meal together from time to time.
