Description of the home
The bedroom is 2.6m x 2.7m which comfortably fits a double bed and bedside table. You would be sharing a very spacious bathroom with one other girl. It has a mirrored built-in wardrobe and an amazing view of Sydney harbour as well.
Our apartment is located on the 7th floor of a secure building in Waverton with an amazing view that never gets old! We have 2 balconies, plenty of living space and the communal areas are fully furnished (we would be happy to make room for anything you may want to bring though). There is your own secured garage included with the room. You can use this however you please or organise to sublet it.
It is a 4 minute walk to Waverton Station and short train ride into the city (10 minutes to Wynyard).

You will be living with 2 girls, Lucy (31) and Tash (26). Lucy works in health and I work for the government. We both work at the office most days of the week.
We are both busy working individuals and respect each others space; but also social, enjoy spending time with each other and catching up. As much as we love pets, unfortunately we aren’t allowed to have them in this apartment.
