The apartment is large so definitely enough space for 2 people to live comfortably. Internal laundry and plenty of storage space. Was freshly painted and new carpet laid around 18 months ago. Brand new gas cooktop. There is a pool and a gym in the building which you will have access to. Walking distance to Coles, cafes, restaurants and medical facilities. Busses go to Rhodes regularly (to the train station) and the Sydney Olympic Park ferry stop is also within walking distance which goes to Parramatta or the city. You can also walk across the pedestrian bridge over to Rhodes.

Description of pets
Rosé is a 9yo black greyhound. Greyhounds are typically lazy, don’t smell or make much noise and are perfect apartment dogs. She absolutely loves people and is very affectionate. Unfortunately she is not suitable to live with any other pets.
