This is a 2 bed 2 bathroom apartment, the room for rent has an ensuite! Apartment is pet friendly, and I’m personally very open to more exotic pets~ there was previously 2 cats living in this apartment! Female only household
Rent is $400 a week, bond $1600 and ready to move in on 13/11/2024
Water, electricity & internet not included in bills, utilities will range based on how much we use (I’m pretty minimal myself) and internet is $110 a month (we split it, I’m looking at switching to a cheaper plan anyway lol)
Room is unfurnished, kitchen has a fridge, gas cooktop, oven, dishwasher, microwave and a washing machine/dryer!
We don’t have a whole lot of furniture for the living room, so if you have anything that’s more than welcome 😅 I’ll be getting some new furniture soon hopefully!
The room for rent is attached directly to the balcony! Lots of natural light and the view overlooks Sydney Olympic park :)
There is also a parking space I believe, I don’t use it so if you have a vehicle feel free to take it!
