Description of the home
We are an active Christian House of 2 older guys looking for a third. We are very close to a supermarket and Westmead Private Hospital, not too far from the public/dental hospital and a 12/25 min walk from the station, depending upon the station you choose. Rent covers bills (including internet) and food (shopping is done as a house, and you can order any items you need for cooking). We do some things as a house, but expect that house members will have independent activities. The TV is in the loungeroom, which, like the kitchen/dining room, is a communal shared area.
