Large Bedroom with own bathroom attached. Large built in wardrobe. It can have a double bed or none. (to give an idea on size, it currently has a king size bed in there that I will be taking out) Its the master bedroom, neat and tidy.

Quiet home on a big block. Very sunny rear yard (yard work is taken care of so you will not have to do any) Main bedroom with own bathroom and large built in's. 3 other bedrooms. Good size lounge and kitchen with dinning area. Great neighbors that are quiet and respectful. Bus at the door, close to local shops including Aldi. Close to walking tracks and MTB tracks. Super handy location with great people around

About the occupants
Work full time, sometimes from home. I spend a lot of time outside in the bush riding my bikes. Pretty quiet at home, no parties. I do have 2 kids that are here every 2nd weekend and during the holidays. When they are here we tend to spend a lot of time out and about.
Compatible people
I'm looking for someone, Non-smoker is a must, that is fairly relaxed and quiet at home. Someone that is respectful of the home and our neighbors. I have 2 kids 12yr girl and 8yr boy. So om after someone that is good with them being here when they are here, which isn't that much really. My #1 priority is the safety of my kids which is why I'm after someone that is past the party life stage.
