I have a room in my townhouse for rent which is furnished with nice furniture, quality bed, timber flooring and a clean bathroom. The room is a reasonable size with built in wardrobe and there is a nice clean bathroom outside the room as well.
My townhouse is 5 minute walk to Wentworthville Station, 10 min walk to Westmead Station, 7 minute walk to Coles and it is also in a complex with a tennis court and swimming pool. It is close to Westmead Hospital, Police Station, nice parks, Western Sydney University and Westfield Parramatta (5 min Train ride).
