Minutes walk to Wolli Creek Station, Aldi, Woolies, Restaurants/Cafes, Asian groceries and Sydney International Airport. There is a 100Mbps internet with unlimited download for Netflix addict. I am mostly travelling overseas but my daughter will be your host. I want you to keep the apartment clean as I am living in there. The "own" bathroom is a common bathroom if there is a guest. Jogging or bike riding around the river is highly recommended. Discounted rent is available in exchange of cleaning the common areas. There is a 4-week bond plus a 2-week rent in advanced required.
