The room and bathroom are on same separate 2nd level. It is full of light and has pleasant leafy views. The bathroom is available exclusively for most of the time except the occasional weekends when my son comes to visit from interstate. In the common kitchen there is a mini fridge for your excusive use.

Description of the home

In my house there's myself (homeowner), my young-adult son who only stays occasionally in a guest room on weekends and a small dog.

My place is a short walk from St Leonard and Wollstonecraft train stations, and from the new Crows Nest Metro station.

Within a short distance are multiple gyms, hospitals, supermarkets, shopping mall, cafes, pubs and restaurants.

It is also close to nature walks and outdoor excercise parks.

The common kitchen has two fridges, and the shared laundry room is accessible via external door.

Our dog is a medium size moodle. Very shy at first, but a playful companion otherwise. The dog is kept out of the bedrooms.

My home is suitable for a person who appreciates personal space and the convenience of Sydney public transport. Please note carspace is not on offer, I could fit a bicycle in.

Perfect for mature student or professional relocating to Sydney. Must be a dog person!
