One medium size bedroom (in a 2 bedroom apartment) with a queen size bed and hybrid mattress, and your own bathroom with a bathtub and toilet. Apartment complex also offers a small gym, rooftop picnic area with barbecue facilities and harbour views.

- Amazing location close to nearby restaurants, Bar Quattro, Grumpy Baker, IGA, Balls Head Reserve and Berry Island
- Sydney, CBD commute is 16 minutes on average (door to door) 3 to 7 minute walk to Waverton train station, and 9 minutes to Wynyard Station.

Short term rental, starting 23 December 2024 to 19th January 2025. This place is also available longer-term.

You’ll be sharing with Jen who has the other bedroom. Jen will be there during the end of December 2024 just prior to going on a holidays. Effectively you would have a place to yourself for New Year’s Eve and most of January 2025.
