The room itself is 3.4m x 2.6m in a 2 bed apartment available from the end of March. Bedroom has built-in robes with full-length mirrors, and a bed/mattress if you need (or you are free to bring your own). The rest of the apartment is fully furnished with a leather lounge, dining table, fridge and washer/dryer. It's north-facing, in a quiet area with plenty of natural light, located on the top floor of the building and has views of the leafy north shore from the lounge room.

The apartment is an 8min walk to Wollstonecraft station, and a similar distance to the Pacific Highway for buses, so is very convenient for transport links. 10min walk to Crows Nest with cafes, bars, restaurants and supermarkets (including a Woolworths and About Life, and a soon-to-be Coles).

I currently use the garage, but happy to hand it over for an extra $20/week.

About the occupants
I'm a 22 year old male working full time in finance in the CBD. I grew up around Byron Bay but moved to Sydney over 4 years ago for uni and have stayed for work. I've been in this place for nearly 3 years now and love the flat for its convenience and location.

During the week I am busy at work, leaving fairly early and getting home late-ish. On the weekends I enjoy hanging out with friends, heading to the beach for a swim, or just relaxing and reading a good book.
