About the occupants
Paul and I are a couple and occupy the upstairs of the apartment and we are super busy! We're hardly ever home and the downstairs is super quiet and private with sandstone walls which ensure that we never actually hear one another which is amazing of itself! You have your own separate entrance on the lower level, so doubt we will even run into each other! The only space shared is the laundry.

We're looking for someone quiet and discreet who lives their own life and wants a lovely bolthole in a great location.
Description of pets
We have two beautiful greyhounds who never venture downstairs as they don't like stairs! They are senior and beautifully gentle and quiet. You'll never know they are there. We are pet friendly.
