Description of the home

My housemates are moving overseas, so I am looking for some new faces to join this lovely and spacious home in Potts Point/Woolloomooloo.

This room is located in a 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom terrace house. We are conveniently just a 2-minute walk from the train station, cafes, bars, Woolies, Coles, and great lunch spots for those working from home. The house is centrally located but also tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Kings Cross.

The kitchen is fully equipped, and the outdoor courtyard is spacious, offering amazing views of the city—perfect for afternoon nibbles and catch-ups with friends.

Ideally, I am looking for a young professional in their 20s or 30s who are friendly, clean, and enjoy the occasional housemate dinner or drink.

This bedroom can fit a work-from-home desk if needed. You can apply for a parking permit, and there is plenty of street parking available.

We are looking for someone to move in from the 30th of September. Unfortunately, this date is non-negotiable, as my current housemate is moving out that day.

Bills and expenses

Electricity, Gas, Water and Internet bills will be divided equally by 4
