Our well-maintained, spacious terrace home has a room available! Couples welcome!

The House:
Our home has 4 bedrooms,1.5 bathrooms and is fully furnished in the common areas. We have a cozy lounge room, spacious dining room, decent sized kitchen and a study for WFH. The house comes fully equipped with 2 fridges, washing machine, dryer, microwave and plenty of hot water. We also have an outdoor seating set-up perfect for hosting BBQs and your room will come with its own parking spot. We've also got a great relationship with the PM and landlord!
The Location:
- 8 mins walk to Kings Cross station. 15 mins walk to Town Hall station and Sydney CBD. 10 mins walk to Oxford St.
- Access to 324, 325 & 311 bus routes.
- Woolworths is a 2 min walk
- We regularly run/exercise in the Botanical Gardens, with stunning views of Opera House and Circular Quay.
- Plenty of dining options and excitement in the surrounding streets.

We're a social bunch who are always down for a cheeky bev or family dinner but also enjoy our own space. Our party days are mostly behind us so this isn't a party house, but we do like the occasional themed birthday party.
