The bedroom is 3.3m x 3m with an additional space for the large built-in wardrobe and a small hallway at the entry. The bedroom will easily fit a king bed (183cm x 203cm). The bedroom has an installed wall mount for a TV. There is a remote ceiling fan on the room. The room has block out blinds and a curtains. You will have your own bathroom with bath.

The property has 3 pools, one which is outdoor with sun chairs and a deck, a rooftop pool with views to the city and an indoor heated lap pool. There is a spa, sauna and gym. There are BBQs and an outdoor deck to enjoy your meal. The main living area has aircon and the bedrooms and living room have built in fans. The property is quiet and private as the courtyard is surrounded by lots of tall plants/trees. The property has a bus stop right out the front, is 15 mins walk to Woolooware train station and 3 min drive to the beach.

The bedroom gets the morning sun and the main living area gets the afternoon sun. The common living spaces will be expected to be kept clean and tidy. There is lots of street parking in off road carparks next to the property and undercover access to the property from parking to avoid bad weather. I'm looking for someone who doesn't party at home often and is an animal lover.
