Description of the home
The apartment is a really big and spacious unit in the heart of Zetland. It’s only 2 minutes walk to east village shopping centre where you can find coles and other amenities. You are also a 2 minutes walk to Zetland park. There are lots of different coffee shops and cafes around that do amazing food and the village crown pub is only 2 minutes walk away.
Green square station is a 10 minute walk and you are really central to a lot of different bus routes.
Centennial park is around 30 minutes walk which I often like to go and walk around in the evenings ☺️
The room is currently unfurnished but can come with a bed if needed.
The place comes with your own bathroom.
Aircon in each room which is great for the summer months.
Comes with a large double door fridge and freezer.
Theres a large outdoor balcony with seating area and bbq.
It comes with an indoor pool and gym which are both really decent sizes.
Jacuzzi and sauna
It comes with one car space which we can alternate if needed as there is loads of outdoor car parking on the street.

Internet is $60 per month so $30 each
Gas is usually pretty cheap at $75 each every 3 months

I’m pretty active so like to spend my time off out doing things. I like to head out occasionally but keep my house as my area so don’t like to have parties etc here. I am a real clean and tidy person and that goes for my dog as well ☺️
I work shift work so some days I’ll be there and other days I won’t so you will have the place to yourself also for your own time ☺️
I want someone that can call the place their home and occasionally maybe do stuff together. I’d like someone that would be happy to chill in the evenings some times but also happy to have their own space too.
Anyone I have ever lived with, I now call my friends so that’s the situation I would be hopefully for 😄
