The apartment is in an ideal spot in terms of accessibility as it is a 2 minute walking distance from a large shopping precinct (East Village), two large gyms, a recreation centre and has a variety of cafes and restaurants on the ground floor. The apartment itself is oriented so that it overlooks dog parks and you have a great view of the Sydney Centre Point Tower. It is a 10 minute walk (1km) from Green Square Station, 10 minute bus ride or drive (3km) from UNSW and about a 20 minute drive (6km) from Coogee Beach. From Green Square Station, it is about a 5 minute ride on the train to get to the heart of Sydney CBD. Further, the apartment has good security and is very well-soundproofed.
