The apartment is in an ideal spot in terms of accessibility as it is a 2 minute walking distance from a large shopping precinct (East Village), two large gyms, a recreation centre and has a variety of cafes and restaurants on the ground floor. The apartment itself is oriented so that it overlooks dog parks and you have a great view of the Sydney Centre Point Tower. It is a 10 minute walk (1km) from Green Square Station, 10 minute bus ride or drive (3km) from UNSW and about a 20 minute drive (6km) from Coogee Beach. From Green Square Station, it is about a 5 minute ride on the train to get to the heart of Sydney CBD. Further, the apartment has good security and is very well-soundproofed.

About the occupants
Hello! We are a student couple studying law, business and neuroscience and we work in the legal, financial and specialty coffee industries. When not studying or working, we like to come home and wind down by cooking good food (interesting culinary pursuits*), exercising, going for night drives and markets, and watching movies or shows. Whilst homebodies, we've previously led some pretty interesting lives and have great stories and experiential recommendations for the adventuring soul to share. We highly appreciate people with a compatible cleanliness code, eg. no shoes in the house, cleaning up after self, sticking to an agreed schedule for shared responsibilities.
