Three of us living here currently, Greg and Mark - both 40, and Greg’s daughter Evalyn who is a delightful 7 year old.
Greg and I both work full time and both have a second job. We are easy going fellas, both ex chefs so there’s always something nice cooking.
Friendly house, we often have casual drinks/dinner with our neighbours. Not a party house.
House is pet friendly, though approval from real estate requires for more animals on the property.
