About occupants
Kate and Rob are a married couple, no kids, three dogs. Both in QLD government jobs with security requirements. Our dogs are friendly but one will take a week to get used to you. Dogs sleep in our bedroom at night so no sleepless nights from barking outdoors. When not working or studying, Kate likes gardening and connecting with family, Rob likes to have a wine and play FIFA.

Easy-going, respect for the home and each others’ privacy. Prompt communication for niggly issues if/as they arise. Dependable payment, open communication around coming and going. Ensuring gates are closed so the dogs don’t escape. No compromising of our home’s security due to our work industries (i.e. no key cutting, not having random people over without some vetting first). Home is covered with numerous sensor floodlights, CCTV, and 5+ recording cameras.
Description of pets
Nacho Business is an 8yr old female red cattle dog. She’s very nosy and hypervigilant. Blue Ivy Bader is a 4yr old German Shorthaired Pointer x Blue Cattle Dog. She is the biggest love bug but is also very protective and will be wary of you at first. Gus is a 1yr old rescue dog from Thursday Island, he’s a Bull Arab x. He is extremely friendly and playful and loves a kiss and a cuddle. He’s a bit daft compared to his sisters. All three are de-sexed, microchipped, wormed, and treated like royalty/are in excellent health.
