Description of the home

Gorgeous old house in Turvey Park in a quiet and safe area. Just around the corner from Turvey Park Shopping Centre, The Brew cafe and the botanical gardens. This house also comes with a gorgeous mature garden and is private as the trees are tall.

I have a large loungeroom with a TV that has Netflix. I have also put a coffee bar in the loungeroom that you are most welcome to use. There is an additional lounge room which I use as my study, art room and WFH area. This room could be filled out with your study desk or used as another lounging area.

The laundry has amazing storage space, a washing machine of course and an extra loo! I also keep cleaning supplies in here. The main bathroom would be shared and has all the basics. The kitchen is a little cozy but comes fully equipped with a gas stove, oven, sandwich press, toaster, kettle, microwave, coffee machine, electric beaters etc etc. Plenty of room for your kitchen stuff too.

Bills and expenses

Bills are gas & electricity. Water has an allowance for the gardens. I have just paid $110 for my most recent electricity bill and $150 for gas (living by myself). We can discuss the splitting of bills as I will be working from home as of December.
