It's an old house that I've done lot's of improvements to. There are three great doctors in the Clinic here, along with a Hospital. Two Dentists in town. Primary ang High Schools. Lot's of sports! Large public pool open in summer. A very well stocked IGA and a terrific Hardware store. B.P. and Shell Service stations and a tyre shop. Three big agricultural machine dealerships and several Ag' services companies. Also several engineering and mechanical workshops.

About the occupants
I'm 70. My partner has passed away and now I'm looking for someone to help with the bills etc. I still work part time, so can be away for the day sometimes. Occasionaly do a bit of bar work as Manager also.
Compatible people
I'd prefer a female that loves dogs. I have three beautiful Border Collies. If you are into gardening, that's a plus! I don't mind if you smoke or drink (Smoke outside please) No hard drugs! Work is pretty easy to find around here, the Pub is always looking as is IGA the Shire and Servo's.
