East facing small bedroom with built in robe. Own bathroom that is quite spacious. Sharing with two single adult professionals in Austinmer. Possibility to use spare room for extra storage space etc.
Room is 4mx 5m (approx rough estimate) with window facing beach side so you’ll have to be ok with hearing the ocean while you sleep!
2 mins walk to Austi beach, 5 mins to train.
House is furnished except for your room, but we can probably accommodate an item or two.
