The house was designed in the 1960's by two well know Australian architects. It is a modernist design with attractive features including; a large living area with gas fireplace coupled with large book shelving, large modern kitchen connected to a separate dining room that leads to new decking and a large green backyard. The house is located high on a ridge with no neighbours behind it. The backyard has beautiful views of leafy green canopy and the valley looking south. The house has a really nice flow and vibe to it.
The ensuite is small but tidy.
Dogs negotiable, pending my installing a fence.
