Description of the home
Looking for a roommate to occupy the third bedroom in our rental house. It's three bedrooms, one bathroom. There's currently two female and a male (one couple) living within the house. Rent is $210 per week. Lease ends in November, with the potential to renew for another 12 months afterwards.
Fully furnished everywhere except your private bedroom. Walking distance to free bus (55A and 55C) which stops at the University and in the Main Street.

There is on street parking out the front, however with varying hours. Public parking is available directly across the road at all hours.
