I have a 3-bedroom villa in Kanahooka – 10/15 minutes south of the Wollongong CBD and UOW
Close to lake Illawarra. Bus stop across the road and train station 3km.
Dapto Mall 3 km, Food works about a 20min walk
I have 2 rooms available 1 has an ensuite the other shares the bathroom with me if I am here, which won’t be very often as I plan on doing a lot of travel in 2025.
My Villa is in a small complex and is in a very quiet area.
Lakeside leisure centre is just around the corner – less than 5 min walk.
My place is fully furnished with quality furnishings and a fully equipped kitchen. I can supply all linen towels etc as I currently have it on Airbnb for sort term accommodation. So, all you need to bring with you is personal effects.
I would prefer at least 6-month commitment 12 months would be better but I’m open to discuss length of stay.
If you have a vehicle there is visitor parking available within the complex.

I am a retired health care worker, Mother and Grandmother, my plans for the next 12 months is to travel extensively, so whom ever chooses to share my home with me will not see me very often.
