Description of the home
One room in a share house available for temporary stay starting from 6th November till December end. Can extend as well for a week or two here and there.
You’ll be living with two other masters student from UOW.
We are cheery, outgoing, don’t mind a few beers, smokes and dinner together.
The only rule you’ll have to make sure you don’t break is 9 PM play station sessions with the boys.
You’ll have all the amenities including washing machine, fridge and personal heater.
The room also has everything already required.
Rent is $200 per week (negotiable)
Bond - $300
Available from 6th November.
Bills included.
We have a car park too inside if you have a vehicle to park.
The room is big enough to be shared with another person.
Can do $150 each if you’re sharing or want to with someone. I have someone who is interested in sharing.
Can do single as well as sharing.
