We have a private fully renovated, ground floor, 1 bedroom flat property . Flat is part of a double story house recently renovated available in McDwall Brisbane North. Do not look into Google maps to see the property after I have provided the address to you, photos are not accurate.
Preferably we are looking for singles or students , but couples are also welcomed.

Unit is fully independent, with its own entrance and small side yard. Flat comes with brand new ensuite and kitchen. Brand new aircon ,oven and cook top.
If requested and needed can supply a 2 seater sofa and King size leather bed and side tables for free. Mattress not available. Also dining table and chairs and fridge are also available if requested.
Or you can bring your stuff.

Rent 400$ Per week but if interested for long term lease price is negotiable.

Renovations should be done by beginnings of January 2025 but more than happy to organise an inspection earlier.
