Description of the home

Quiet townhouse in Mcdowall.
Your space: the room has a built in wardrobe, desk, ceiling fan and ducted air conditioning. A queen bed and mattress can be used within the space as the stairwell to the top level is quite steep for moving furniture in. If you don’t want the bed and mattress, it can easily be taken out.

The bathroom: as the bathroom is the main bathroom on the top level it is for your own use however, if guests do stay, we ask that the bathroom be made accessible to all guests (every now and then, family will come and stay in the other spare bedroom).

The communal areas: you are more than welcome to use the lounge room, kitchen, laundry and outside areas. It is appreciated that these areas be cleaned by all (inc the microwave, fridge and oven, if used) and items within the kitchen (ie. dishwashing liquid and sponges) are replaced by all. You will have a shelf in both the pantry, fridge and freezer for your food.

The length of stay: we are hoping to have someone move in on Monday 7/9 until Friday 28/3/25 >> this is when the lease in ended and we also will be moving out.
