It is a fully self-contained, 1-bedroom unit with access to big, leafy backyard and garden in Templestowe,  5 minutes walk from public transport, local shopping strip with restaurants, Westerfolds Park and the Yarra River.
$250 per week/ 1083 pcm (bills included)   
The unit has a bedroom, kitchen/ lounge area, bathroom and outdoor courtyard area, unlimited off-street car park and separate entrance.
It’s 20 minutes drive off peak to Fitzroy and has a shopping centre nearby. The nearby Yarra River and its trails and animals are beautiful.
Prefer someone working, open-minded and with a good spirit. Cat or pets other than dogs okay, (although council rules are that cats can’t leave the property perimeter.)
2) a second space also for a single person ($1083 pcm bills included) at the same address comprises locked entry to your own private two large light filled rooms, one with a queen bed, large windows looking out onto greenery. You also have your own kitchenette which has a fridge, a bathroom (shared by one other only for showering) and next to that a laundry / washing machine.
