The room is unfurnished and fully carpeted. A temporary bed may be provided but as it is a fold away it would be best to sort your own bed out for longer stays. The bedroom is situated down the hall away from the kitchen, main room which I occupy and the living room.

Nice big home with views of the city. Ducted heating throughout along with evaporative cooling. Short walk to the Bulleen bus terminal with direct buses to the CBD and other locations. The bathroom will be predominately yours other than house guests use as I have a small ensuite. It includes a shower and separate bath. The house is fully furnished with only space from some kitchen additional appliances. There is a front load washer for use and a large backyard. Rent also includes monthly lawn mowing service.

About occupants
I am a single guy along with my companion a Golden Retriever - Malla! I run my own business in Fitzroy and typically head in to work 7 days a week. Malla is always with me so when I am not home neither is she.
Compatible people
You need to be someone who likes to keep things neat and tidy and do your dishes soon after you've eaten and not let them stack up in the sink. You will be responsible for cleaning your bathroom and your bedroom but the house will be maintained by me. You need to be in employment and not 'working from home'. You can be a student but will need to prove income status. You would buy your own groceries including however cleaning stuff is supplied. Looking for someone who is independent, doing their own thing more often than not but also happy to watch the occasional Netflix series or film with. I do enjoy watching horrors with someone else in the room. You need to be a dog lover as Malla is very present in the household when I am home, but she also knows not to go in to a room unless she is invited.
Description of pets
Malla is the absolutely perfect pet. She doesn't bark unless there is something or someone needing attention, does not chew on anything other than her own toys and is happy to sleep while the humans do their thing. She accompanies me 99% of the time I am away from home only staying home if I have a local appointment. She does lose hair which I try to stay on top of, but overall if you love dogs you will love this one.
