COOGEE CHRISTMAS SUBLET BY THE SEA 🎅🏻

I am looking to sublet my gorgeous & modern one bedroom apartment right by the beach in Coogee for 16 nights.

From: Friday 13 Dec
To: Monday 30 Dec
Cost: $600 per week NEGOTIABLE

Location: Set one street back from the waves of Coogee beach, this apartment is the ideal location for the classic Coogee local or visiting guest. There are plenty of bars, restaurants, cafes and shops (including a Woolies) all within a 10 minute walk. With an abundance of bus stops nearby, it’s also super easy to get anywhere if you do want to leave Coogee (although I don’t know why anyone ever would!). The apartment has its own private entry via the rear of the building, ensuring a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere.

Apartment: The one bedroom apartment is extremely spacious with high ceilings and a white and black modern interior throughout. It includes a very comfy double bed, beautiful chaise couch, large TV (with Netflix & Stan), a big desk overlooking the tropical garden below and straight through to the sea, a kitchen with all the usual appliances and a huge bathroom with a massive walk in rainwater head shower and washing machine. The apartment also has wireless phone charges throughout, UE Beats speakers and an oasis of lush tropical plants.

I just adore my apartment and I’m very proud of it, so I would love to find someone who will take care of it as much as me 🤗
