Bright sunny room available for rent in 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment in coogee.
The bedroom has a large built-in wardrobe and can fit double/queen bed, desk, drawers, space for yoga mats on the floor etc too. It can come partly furnished with a double bed and mattress or empty depending on your preference.
The rest of the apartment comes fully furnished - couch, dining table, massive TV, fully equiped kitchen with all amenities as well as balcony with bbq and outdoor seating. Washing machine downstairs within private laundry room. We also have access to the grassy backyard and shared swimming pool which is ideal over the summer months.
The apartment is ideally located just a 10min walk from coogee beach and shops and bus stop to the city right outside.

About us; I’m an architect working full time mostly in the office, very occasionally from home. I enjoy painting and cooking, being outdoors and active, hiking, spending time at the beach or playing sports.
Andre is a mechanical engineer also working full time and always in the workshop. He loves music, the gym, surfing, and tinkering with cars. His current project is converting a van for us to use on road trips! We are both social and enjoy hanging out with friends but also enjoy a movie night on the couch at home.
We keep the house clean and comfortable and try to create a warm and homely feel. We enjoy having friends over and are happy for you to have yours over too but it’s not a party house.
We are looking for someone like-minded, clean & tidy, easy going, open to a chat but also independent.
