I have a new lease for a beautiful, newly renovated house in Newtown. Large STUDIO SIZE bedroom unfurnished with ensuite available.

Room $520/week unfurnished, bills split evenly.
✨Biggest room in the house with the most privacy. Located downstairs. You need to walk down the balcony stairs.
✨Bedroom 4 on the floor plan. Basically studio size.
✨Private ensuite to yourself
✨Private small kitchenette with sink and bench space. You’re welcome to use the main kitchen upstairs.
✨Built in storage

I’m looking for:
✨Females only. No couples or pets.
✨Mid 20s to 30s
✨Someone who keeps things clean, calm, peaceful, and respectful.
✨Not a party house but open to having friends/fam over sometimes
✨Willing to go on the lease
✨Pays rent on time

The house - unbeatable location! (Photos are from real estate so will not have this furniture).

🚊4 mins walk to Macdonaldtown station, 15 mins walk to Redfern station
🏘️ Few mins walk to King St
👀 Balcony that’s nice for entertaining or watching a sunset. Leafy and quiet.

The roommates
✨Me! I work full time in the city 3 days a week and from home 2 days. I like to play tennis, go to the gym, and socialise, but also like a chilled out day at home. Always up for a chat but very respectful of personal time.
I keep things calm and chill 🫶
✨One other TBC for the master room. Will be female.

Rest of the house will be furnished, but feel free to bring your own kitchen utensils as I have limited things at the moment. As well as any other small furnishings to make it feel like your home.

Current tenants are still in the house but will move out in 2 weeks. Move in date will be confirmed very soon but will be last week of April/first week May.
