Good sized room that extends into and outdoor area. Hoping to get someone in this room for a longer stay, whilst the other room is available for short stay.
As I do contracting my need of the other room as a office is client dependant (and until March I don't need it), so you'll mostly have the bathroom for yourself.

Heya, I'm Eric. I work in digital product development in the city during the week and like to find a show or exercise in the evenings. I've moved back to Sydney from London this year and thought I'd get the lease and find housemates rather than being in your situation and looking for a room, I sympathise though... but hey this could be one!
I've been told i'm pretty easy going and easy to live with, my girlfriend live in Manly so I'll be back and forth. Current house goals are, Buy plants, get my record collection in order, combat my hate of mornings with pre-prepare breakfasts, and buy a keyboard... then learn to play it.
There's also Alexandre from New Caledonia, his awesome, very social and a great housemate but leaving at the end of Jan.
