This terrace house is available from 9 April to 17 May while we venture overseas. It is located a 7 minute walk from Redfern station--easy to get into the city--or a 20 minute walk to Central. Two bedrooms--one with a crib, one bath with a washer and a back garden. Living room has a smart TV with Netflix, Stan and Chromecast and the main bedroom has a TV with Chromecast. Alexandria Park and Redfern Park are only a 10 min walk away as is Carriageworks. There are also many restaurants and local cafes close by. Woolies and IGA only 5-8 min walk away. The NCIE is a short 4 minute walk away with a gym and swimming pool. Perfectly central, surrounded by everything you could need! Wifi and bills included in the rent.
