Large studio room available in a house. Room is en-suite and looks out on a leafy private garden. Front room windows can be opened to hear the surf at night.
Lovely big room. Has large King bed, chairs, shelves and kitchenette (fridge, microwave, toaster etc.). I can add a desk if you’d like one. Can borrow a bike if you like, it just needs a service. I live upstairs with my 18 year old cat.

We are 5min walk to café and the bus.
We can share the laundry and garden spaces. Parking on the street and space to store a bike.
Originally Irish, but lived in Australia for over 20 years. I have a 18 year old cat.
I'm relaxed and tidy, a professional that works from home 4-5 days a week, like to keep fit with gym, walking and swimming.
Ideally you are quiet and thread lightly on the earth.
My cat is old, and fairly relaxed and chilled.
